Why are my benchmarks taking more time when run with the CodSpeed GitHub Action?

Since we instrument the benchmarks for increased performance consistency, the benchmarks will take more time to run in the action than locally with the uninstrumented CodSpeed plugins.

Is it possible to run the instrumentation locally?

Yes, it's possible to upload runs from your local environment using the CLI (aka runner), only available on Ubuntu and Debian for now.
